These words burn like acid on my throat
Each letter is a blade, cutting me for not being said
Unable to speak the words I scream in my mind
More then a poison or chemical, this hurts more then you know
I gag back the venom, I swallow my pride
Blood paints my mouth as my teeth bite my tounge
Only an ivory blockade protects you from me
So I keep down each and every single thought
From escaping my lips, and ripping you apart

I like the idea of the silent scream, it's an interesting contrast. I'm not sure what you mean by an ivory blockade though. Otherwise, this is a powerful poem.
